Live animal sales and breeding are not permitted
PetzSo does not promote, support, or permit animal breeding or the buying or selling of live animals. Businesses involved in live-animal sales, breeder advertising, stud services, mating services, litter promotion, or similar activity are not eligible to use the Platform.
- Violating listings or content may be removed immediately.
- The related business account may be suspended or permanently banned without prior warning.
- PetzSo may preserve relevant records and report suspected unlawful activity where appropriate.
What we may ask for
Depending on your business type, we may ask for one or more documents or other reasonable proof. Not every business will need the same documents.

My business is already listed on PetzSo. How do I claim it?
Send the request form with your business name, province, contact details, and any business link. We will review the request, ask for proof if needed, and send the next step after approval.
My business is not listed yet. Can I still join?
Yes. Select “No” or “Not sure” in the form. We will check whether a listing already exists and, if appropriate, create a base listing before guiding you through Partner onboarding.
Do I need to download the app before submitting?
No. You can send the initial request through this webpage. After approval, PetzSo Partner is the easiest way to manage your listing, services, products, hours, photos, and pet policies.
Does claiming my listing give me a verified badge?
No. Claiming gives you management access. Verification, where available, is a separate status granted after additional checks and does not guarantee business quality or service outcomes.
Can breeders or live-animal sellers join PetzSo?
No. PetzSo does not permit live-animal sales, breeder advertising, stud services, mating services, litter promotion, or any activity intended to generate enquiries for buying, selling, or breeding animals.
Can I upload staff or customer photos?
No. Identifiable human photos are not allowed in listings. Images should focus on pets, premises, facilities, products, or services. Limited incidental appearances may be accepted under the Business Terms.
What if someone else tries to claim my business?
We may ask for business, ownership, contact, or management proof before granting access. Suspicious or unauthorized claims may be rejected or suspended.
