These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PetzSo mobile applications, websites, and related features and services made available in Thailand (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or use account-based features.
PetzSo is a pet-focused discovery, information, community, and connectivity platform. It may allow users to discover pet-friendly venues, pet-related businesses, services, events, products, and other information, create pet profiles, post content, submit reviews or check-ins, and contact independent third parties.
In Thailand, PetzSo does not:
Any visit, communication, arrangement, purchase, service, or dispute involving a third-party venue or business is solely between the user and that third party.
Certain features require registration using a name and phone number for verification and login. You must provide accurate information, keep your account details current, and promptly notify PetzSo of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused directly by PetzSo’s failure to use legally required safeguards. You may not sell, transfer, lend, share, or permit another person to misuse your account.
PetzSo may reject registration, require re-verification, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, enforcement of these Terms, protection of users or businesses, or protection of the Platform.
By creating or managing a pet profile, you confirm that you are the pet’s lawful owner or an authorized caretaker and that the information you provide is accurate.
You remain solely responsible for:
A verified badge, listing status, review, rating, or appearance on the Platform is not a certification of safety, professional competence, legal compliance, or suitability.
Listings may be created or updated by PetzSo, users, businesses, venue representatives, or from information made publicly available. Details may change without notice and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or third-party claims that PetzSo has not independently verified.
PetzSo does not guarantee:
You must independently confirm important details with the relevant venue or business before visiting, relying on information, or entering into any arrangement. PetzSo may add, edit, merge, unpublish, refuse, or remove listings at its discretion, including where information is disputed, outdated, unsafe, misleading, or legally risky.
Contact buttons, enquiry tools, directions, booking-request features, or similar tools merely facilitate communication. They do not create a confirmed booking, contract, recommendation, warranty, or obligation on PetzSo.
PetzSo is not a party to off-Platform communications or transactions and is not responsible for quotations, deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, service performance, product quality, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from them.
“User Content” includes pet profiles, names, biographies, photographs, videos, captions, posts, comments, reviews, ratings, check-ins, messages shared through Platform features, and other material submitted by a user. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant PetzSo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, display, distribute, communicate, moderate, and use that content for operating, improving, securing, promoting, and demonstrating the Platform. This licence continues for as long as the content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period in backups, legal records, or materials already produced before deletion.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all permissions required for the User Content; that identifiable persons have consented where required; and that the content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
Reviews, ratings, and check-ins must reflect a genuine experience and must not be fabricated, misleading, purchased, retaliatory, defamatory, manipulated, submitted through multiple accounts, or posted by a business, employee, competitor, or connected person without clear disclosure.
User opinions do not represent PetzSo and are not verified statements of fact or endorsements. PetzSo may investigate, rank, restrict, label, decline to publish, or remove reviews, ratings, and check-ins in its discretion, but is not obligated to monitor all content or resolve factual disputes between users and businesses.
You must not:
PetzSo may, but is not required to, monitor, review, investigate, edit, restrict, preserve, disclose, or remove any content or account at any time where PetzSo believes it may violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, safety standards, or Platform policies, or may expose PetzSo or others to risk.
PetzSo may act without prior notice and may use automated or manual moderation. A decision not to remove content does not mean PetzSo endorses it or accepts responsibility for it. Reports should identify the content, explain the concern, and include supporting evidence where available. Reports may be sent to support@petzso.com.
PetzSo may preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful requests, court orders, investigations, security needs, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
A person claiming that content infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right may send a notice to support@petzso.com identifying the protected work, the disputed content and its location, the claimant’s contact details, the basis of the claim, and evidence of ownership or authorization.
PetzSo may remove or disable access to disputed material, request additional information, notify the uploading user, reject incomplete or abusive notices, restore content where appropriate, and suspend repeat infringers. The person submitting a notice is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the notice.
A person claiming or managing a listing represents that they are authorized to act for that business and that all submitted details are accurate, current, lawful, and non-misleading. PetzSo may request documents or other proof, reject or revoke a claim, change or remove verification status, limit listing controls, or remove a listing at any time.
Verification indicates only that PetzSo completed the verification steps it chose to apply at that time. It is not an endorsement, licence check, safety audit, guarantee, or continuing warranty concerning the business.
PetzSo uses a user’s name and phone number for account verification, login, security, support, and administration. Users may also voluntarily submit pet-profile information and User Content through Platform features. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
PetzSo does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their independent advertising. Information may be processed by essential providers acting for PetzSo, such as authentication, OTP/SMS, cloud hosting, storage, security, error-prevention, and customer-support providers, and may be disclosed where required by law.
Where a device permission is requested, you may control that permission through device settings. Denying a permission may limit related functionality.
The Platform may rely on or link to maps, messaging applications, authentication services, app stores, websites, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party services. PetzSo does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, conduct, content, terms, privacy practices, or failures. Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
The Platform and all associated software, code, databases, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, layouts, compilations, selection and arrangement of content, and other materials—excluding User Content and third-party material—are owned by or licensed to PetzSo and protected by applicable law.
Except for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as expressly permitted by these Terms, no right or licence is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, adapt, sell, sublicense, distribute, frame, mirror, extract, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
PetzSo may add, remove, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or modify any feature, content, listing, account, or part of the Platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, subject to mandatory law.
PetzSo may suspend or terminate access for any breach or suspected breach, fraud, abuse, safety concern, legal request, security threat, prolonged inactivity, technical risk, reputational harm, or conduct PetzSo reasonably considers harmful to the Platform or others.
You may stop using the Platform or request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting support@petzso.com. Provisions concerning content licences, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and enforcement survive termination where applicable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
PETZSO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, CONTINUITY, SECURITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PETZSO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT CONTENT WILL NOT BE LOST; OR THAT ANY VENUE, BUSINESS, USER, PRODUCT, SERVICE, EVENT, REVIEW, OR RESULT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
You voluntarily assume the risks associated with using the Platform, relying on listings or User Content, interacting with other users or businesses, travelling to or entering venues, attending events, and exposing your pet to other animals, people, environments, products, or services.
PetzSo is not responsible for denied entry, illness, injury, bites, fights, escape, theft, death, property damage, service refusal, inaccurate advice, professional negligence by a third party, or any act or omission of a user, venue, business, staff member, contractor, or other third party.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PETZSO AND ITS FOUNDERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, DATA, OR USE; OR LOSS ARISING FROM A THIRD PARTY, USER CONTENT, LISTING, VENUE, BUSINESS, PRODUCT, SERVICE, EVENT, PET INCIDENT, SECURITY EVENT, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETZSO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THB 1,000. THIS LIMIT APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL BASIS OF THE CLAIM AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any legally required liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetzSo and its founders, personnel, contractors, service providers, licensors, and affiliates from claims, proceedings, investigations, demands, damages, losses, penalties, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and reasonable legal costs arising from or related to:
PetzSo may control the defence and settlement of a matter covered by this section, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes liability or obligations on PetzSo without written consent.
PetzSo is not liable for delay, interruption, loss, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil disorder, government action, legal restrictions, labour disputes, utility or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, platform-provider failures, app-store action, cloud outages, or failures of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before commencing formal proceedings, a user must send a written description of the dispute to support@petzso.com and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution, except where urgent interim relief is reasonably required.
Subject to any mandatory rights or forum that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Each claim must be brought individually and not as part of a representative or collective proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
PetzSo may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, risk controls, business operations, or law. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Where advance notice is required by applicable law, PetzSo will provide notice through the Platform or another appropriate channel.
Continued use after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, your sole option is to stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
